Rebates

Thanks to our status as a BPI GoldStar certified contractor, our customers are eligible for rebates from their utility providers. Between the IRS and local utility companies, homeowners can save up to $1,850. Here’s how:

Rebates From the IRS

Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, the credit equals 30% of certain qualified expenses, up to $1,200 max for energy property costs and certain energy efficient home improvements. Qualified energy efficiency improvements installed during the year which can include things like: Insulation and air sealing materials or systems.

Rebates From Utility Companies

We are a rebate eligible installer for:

Centerpoint – Residential air sealing and insulation upgrades can lead to rebates for 30% of costs, $300 maximum (for air sealing or wall insulation) or $500 maximum (for attic air sealing plus attic insulation).
Xcel Energy – Rebates equal to 20% of the total cost of the insulation and installation up to a maximum rebate of $300 for qualifying insulation projects.
MN Energy Resources – Some homes qualify for up to $650 in rebates for certain insulation projects.

These rebates are available to eligible Minnesota customers who have us professionally install their insulation because we meet specific criteria for insulation and air sealing companies.
